1.1. These Terms of Use ("Terms") establish the provisions and conditions regarding the use of the software named VetBilim ("Software") provided by ERHAN TUBAN TUBAN YAZILIM ("Company").
1.2. VetBilim provides information for general education purposes with analysis and artificial intelligence specific to the health status of the animal, based on current scientific findings and expert opinions in veterinary medicine.
1.2.1. All information provided by VetBilim is for educational purposes only.
1.2.2. As it is intended for educational purposes, it should be used as an additional resource for animal owners, veterinarians, animal keepers and other interested parties to support decision-making about the health management of their animals.
1.2.3. At this point, we would like to emphasize that the evaluations and information provided by VetBilim are not diagnostic and do not replace the examination or diagnosis of a veterinarian.
1.3. It is important that the information in VetBilim is not accepted as a definitive diagnosis or treatment. Animal owners and other readers should always consult with a specialist veterinarian in the relevant field first to obtain an individual evaluation and treatment of their animals.
1.3.1. With the use of VetBilim, you agree that all diagnosis and treatment decisions should be made by a veterinarian who is an expert in his field.
1.4. VetBilim utilizes artificial intelligence. It is a web-based software.
1.4.1. Since VetBilim uses artificial intelligence, it can make mistakes, like humans, although the probability is very low. The accuracy of the information presented must be checked before use.
1.4.2. Evaluations are made on the basis of current scientific literature and data. Still, new research results and because each animal is special can make deviations and accuracy deficiencies. The accuracy of the information presented must be checked before use.
1.4.3. The interpretation of the results and the responsibility for the clinical decisions arising from them rests entirely with the treating veterinarian. The information provided by VetBilim should be considered as an auxiliary tool and should not be considered as a definitive or binding statement.

1.5. VetBilim is not a Veterinary Clinic or Animal Hospital. In the event of emergencies or illnesses, it is always recommended for Animal Welfare to seek support from a veterinarian who specializes in the relevant field!
Each animal is special and special situations may require special decisions, so it is recommended that the animal owner use VetBilim with an expert veterinarian for the best results.
1.6. This Agreement is concluded for an indefinite period.
1.7. VetBilim / The company reserves the right to change, update, or remove the content of its website at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that they have the most current information.
1.8. By using VetBilim, the user accepts all the conditions specified in this agreement.
2. License system
2.1. The VetBilim platform requires the purchase of a license for the use of certain functions.
2.2. The relevant licenses can be obtained through our sales partner Digistore24 via the links available on our website (vetbilim.com).
2.3. Licenses that are purchased but not used will expire two (2) years from the date of purchase.
2.4. VetBilim offers an extended cancellation right for sixty (60) days. However, this right will expire upon the commencement of the use of the license, unless there is a situation contrary to applicable laws. VetBilim reserves the right to accept returns at its discretion.
2.5. The rights arising from the purchased content are transferred solely as usage rights, and these rights will terminate upon the individual's death or the cessation of the employment relationship with VetBilim. In such cases, any remaining balance or other rights from the purchased services will expire in favor of VetBilim.
2.6. Services or rights purchased are non-transferable. They cannot be gifted, inherited, or transferred to third parties.
2.7. In cases where the right of withdrawal is exercised or there is suspicion of fraud, and for security reasons during the follow-up process, VetBilim reserves the right to close the account of the relevant individual and to terminate the business relationship immediately. This action can be carried out without any prior notice and shall take effect immediately. In this case, the individual loses the right to access their account and the data stored herein.
2.8. Therefore, customers are kindly requested to contact VetBilim first to find a resolution before proceeding with a cancellation.
3. Data Security
The company is taking necessary measures to ensure the data security of the VetBilim software.
3.2. VetBilim uses third-party services such as Microsoft Azure to protect its information technology infrastructure.
3.2.1. Any war, attack, natural disaster or cyber attack against our partners may lead to data loss, despite the measures taken. VetBilim assumes no responsibility for data loss, as long as it complies with the law.
3.2.2. It should not be forgotten that VetBilim has always played a general educational role. The user must store or back up important clinical data in their own system.
4. Data Accuracy
The company is making efforts to ensure that the data of the VetBilim software is current and accurate.
4.2. The Company cannot give any guarantees as to the accuracy of the data. For example, as mentioned, Artificial Intelligence can make mistakes.
4.3. As stated, VetBilim should only be used for support purposes.
5. General Responsibilities
5.1. Every user is obligated to provide accurate information at all times in a manner that does not jeopardize animal welfare and does not disadvantage any party.
VetBilim has the right to use the data provided by the user for research, development, and review purposes in a non-personal manner.
5.3. The right to request the opening of a user account in VetBilim is not guaranteed. 5.3.1. VetBilim may reject applications without justification in line with internal audits and its own rules.
6. Misuse
6.1. The user is obligated to use the VetBilim software in accordance with the law.
6.2. The company assumes no responsibility in the event that the user misuses the VetBilim software or uses it in violation of the law.
6.3. The company may terminate the user's account without prior notice in the event of misuse of the VetBilim software or use in violation of the law.
7. Service Changes
7.1. The Company reserves the right to change the features, services or prices of the VetBilim software.
8. Service Termination
8.1. If the user does not want to use the VetBilim software, he/she may terminate the business relationship by notifying the Company.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
9.1. All intellectual property rights of the VetBilim software belong to the Company. The user does not have the right to copy, distribute, or modify any part of the software.
10. Force Majeure
10.1. The Company shall not be held liable for any disruptions or delays in the use of the VetBilim software due to force majeure events (such as war, earthquake, fire, strike, etc.).
10.2. The Company may cite force majeure circumstances in the event of any disruption or delay in the presentation of the VetBilim software. Such circumstances may include events, disasters, natural calamities, wars, strikes, government regulations, or actions by authorities that are beyond the Company's reasonable control.
11. Resolution of Disputes
11.1. In the resolution of disputes that may arise from the application of these Terms, the law of the Republic of Turkey shall be applied as long as it is in accordance with the law.
12. Conditions of Admission
By using the VetBilim software, the User is deemed to have accepted these Terms. These Terms are an integral part of the contract made between the User and the Company.
13. Privacy Policy
13.1. The Company cares about the privacy of users. Personal data collected during the use of VetBilim software is subject to the Company's Privacy Policy.
14. Hacking and Data Security
14.1. The Company takes the necessary measures to ensure the security of the VetBilim software. However, users agree that the Company will not accept responsibility in the event of hacking of VetBilim software or data security breach, as long as it complies with the law.
15. Miscellaneous
15.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Company. Where any term or condition is invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the other terms and conditions shall not be affected.
16. Amendments
16.1. The Company reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Changes will be deemed to have been accepted with the continued use of VetBilim software.

18. Copyright Infringement
18.1. The Company takes allegations of copyright infringement seriously. If users believe that the VetBilim software is being used in a way that violates copyright, they should notify the Company immediately.

19.1 The Company does not accept any responsibility for the use of VetBilim software by users for illegal and non-contractual purposes.
19.2. In disputes, it is agreed by all parties to apply for mediation before applying to the court, as long as it is in accordance with the law.
20. Customer Support Services
20.1. The Company provides users with customer support services related to the VetBilim software. Users can contact the Company in case of any problems or questions.
21. Business Partners
21.1. The Company may work with business partners for the provision of VetBilim software. These partners, such as payment services, can access users' data as long as it complies with the law.
21.2. The list of business partners to whom the company has transferred personal data in accordance with the law:

23.1. VetBilim software may contain advertisements. These ads may be served by third-party ad providers. The Company does not assume any responsibility for the content or accuracy of these advertisements.
24. Validity
24.1. These Terms of Use become effective upon the user's use of the VetBilim software. By Use, the User declares that he/she accepts these Terms.
24.2. These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Company and supersede any previous oral or written agreements.
25. Accessibility of VetBilim:
25.1. The Company guarantees that VetBilim will be available via an unmanipulated internet connection on 90% of the calendar days of the year. If the software has not met the 90% rule for some unexpected reason, the company will refund the possible paid service fee for this unavailable time on a pro-rata basis for the unavailable days.
26. There is no right to register
26.1. The Company freely decides with whom to cooperate and with whom not.
